Doberman Pinschers. The dogs with the bad wrap
It seems to me that in every film in the 80’s and 90’s where dogs were involved, especially talking ones, the poor old Doberman Pinscher was cast as the bad guy, the guard guys or the villains heavy’s. Why? They are one of the most loyal and loving dogs that you can get and they have a tenacity that is quite remarkable. They are a strong dog to have around and can certainly be stubborn but with persistence and patience they can be trained and will become great companions.
The Doberman is just as deserving of a nice set of Designer Dog Collars and Designer Dog Collars and leads are available from the link as the rest of the dog world.
As to the aggression? Well that’s a bit of a myth. It’s true that the Doberman has been used by the police and they do make good security dogs but there is a reason for that. They are very trainable and very intelligent like the Border Collie and the Poodle. Therefore they are the first choice for many people who want to have a dog that will stand by them and protect them. They do in fact have a very good and kind temperament.
