Did you know that most shampoos and conditioners are full of chemicals and hundreds of other wastes that damage your hair? I’m going to ask you a question, and I want you to be very sincere. Have you ever thought about the ingredients of shampoos or conditioners? If you said no, do not worry you are like 99% of people.

Also, we all once fell into the temptation of choosing the cheapest or best-selling products. The problem is that it is very likely that these products on offer are not the best for your hair.

To recover our damaged hair, we are going to need two things.

  1. A sodium sulfate-free shampoo
  2. Conditioner without silicones

The sulfate is one of the ingredients responsible for hair damage. Sulfate is as bad for hair as candy for children. The sulfate cleans the hair very well. The problem is that this cleaning is a lie. Because sulfate removes many of the natural oils that make hair stay healthy.

The silicones are one of the main ingredients in most conditioners that are available in supermarkets. The conditioners with silicones are very effective. The problem is that they are so effective that they create in the hair a thin film that makes the hair completely impregnable.

In the long term, this is not good for the hair because it ends up drying out and breaking. Imagine a plant that receives neither light nor water for several days. What would happen to this plant? Surely he would die. The same goes for hair when using silicones.

Are shampoos without sulfates and conditioners without silicones expensive? Depending on the product and the brand, but good quality products can be obtained at very affordable prices. Maybe in the total amount if they are somewhat more expensive than the products you have been using but choosing this type of products is a fundamental step to fix the hair.
