Stuffed avocado, a simple recipe for a fat but very healthy fruit

RECIPE AVOCADO RIPIENO
L ‘ avocado is really a natural cure, from cholesterol to the skin: its benefits are many. To taste it at its best, here is a very simple recipe, with doses for four people, of stuffed avocado.
INGREDIENTS
-1 ripe avocado
-Half a lemon
-50 grams of spreadable fresh cheese
-3 ripe tomatoes
-Dried oregano
-1 slice of Tuscan bread
-2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
-Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
– Cut the avocado in half, lengthwise, and remove the seed by turning the two halves in the opposite direction between your hands. Leave one half of the fruit intact, including the peel, and sprinkle with a few drops of lemon to prevent the pulp from oxidizing.
– Peel the other half of the avocado, crush the pulp with a fork and add a few drops of lemon.
– Add the cheese, a pinch of salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of oil to the avocado pulp.
– Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts, season with a pinch of salt, one of oregano and 1 tablespoon of oil. Let it rest. Combine the avocado pulp in a pastry bag with a star-shaped nozzle, and fill half of the avocado. Complete with the tomatoes and the bread reduced to cubes and toasted with a little oil. Overall the preparation of this recipe should not last more than 30 minutes and does not require any cooking.
