Three delicious ideas for a very healthy breakfast. The problem is that we do not always know how to introduce it in our recipes. RECIPE: ‘GREEN BOWL’ WITH GRANOLA
Ingredients:
For the smoothie: A cup of kale leaves; 1 kiwi; a frozen banana; half a glass of almond milk; a teaspoon of oats; agave syrup.
For toppings: 1 tablespoon of granola (a crunchy mixture of oats with nuts, cereals, and seeds, baked toast, which can be made at home or purchased already prepared); fresh cut fruit; Chia seeds.
Elaboration:
-We incorporate all the ingredients of the smoothie in a food processor.
-We bathe until there is a homogeneous texture, rather liquid.
-Located the mixture in a bowl.
-Decoramos with the fresh cut fruit, placing it in strips, granola and chia seeds.
Tips:
-You can change the kale leaves for lettuce, spinach or cucumber.
-If you want it lighter, change the almond milk for water.

RECIPE: OAT SHAKE WITH BEET
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons freshly grated beetroot; ½ cup of fresh raspberries; 5 red grapes cut in half; ½ sliced banana; 1 glass and a half of vegetable rice drink; 1 teaspoon of lemon juice dessert; ½ cup of oat flakes; 1 tablespoon of raisins (2 hours of soaking); 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
For the toppings: Poppy seeds; freeze-dried raspberries; oatmeal; comestible flowers.
Elaboration:
-We bathe the ingredients until there is a homogeneous texture.
-We serve the smoothies and decorate with the toppings.

RECIPE: HOUSEHOLD YOGURT OF OATS, ALMONDS, AND RASPBERRIES
Ingredients:
¼ oat flakes; 1 capsule of prebiotic powder; 1 teaspoon lemon juice; ½ glass of oat drink; 4 teaspoons of grated coconut; 50 gr of fresh raspberries; 1 teaspoon of raw almond cream; 1/2 banana cut into slices.
For toppings: sheets of dehydrated coconut and fresh berries.
Elaboration:
-The night before: mix the flakes with the oatmeal drink and let them soak together with the coconut and the powder of the probiotic capsule.
-The next morning: we beat the mixture together with the rest of the ingredients.
